Pioneer Homes van wrap design featuring new logo, created by Signs for Success

We have the opportunity with many businesses looking for a fresh start, or new businesses just starting up, to create a logo design and brand image from scratch.  Working with the customer to achieve their vision is rewarding, especially when we get to see the final product – a complete advertising campaign utilizing the new logo across different media.  For Pioneer Homes, we helped create a new logo design and implement it into the production of custom yard signs, business cards and a van wrap.

Logo Design Spokane

Our experienced design team works with customers one on one to come up with a logo design that suits their company identity and goals.  “We came up with a new logo after many revisions.  Gil is thrilled with his new logo,” Signs for Success designer Vanessa Bogensberger said.  Logos are a shorthand way of referring to the company.  They are the “face” of the company, and they provide a standard and unified focus for the various fonts, colors and design choices in all other marketing materials.  As such, it’s important to take the time to work out a design that will convey that unique identity.

Custom Yard Signs

Custom yard signs are a cost-effective way to advertise on and near properties you are working on.  The standard size for yard signs is 18” x 24,” but yard signs are customizable, including sign size, colors, text and artwork.  Vanessa was able to incorporate the new logo into the yard sign design while still maintaining a clean, easy-to-read design.  We print yard signs on weather-resistant corrugated plastic.  Printing can be single- or double-sided, and UV-curable inks hold up outdoors for several months, up to a few years, depending on weather and direct sun exposure.

Van Wrap Design

Vehicle wraps are regarded as the best form of outdoor advertising in terms of return on investment (ROI).  It’s a no brainer to use space you already own to advertise your business, especially when that space also travels to all the communities you want to advertise in.  Furthermore, vehicle wraps generate up to 70,000 impressions per day, and they last 5-7+ years.

“We used his own great photos from jobs he has done in the Inland Northwest as well as out in the Seattle and Western Washington area,” Vanessa said.  Using photographs from finished projects is a great idea – not only is your logo advertised wherever the vehicle goes, but proof of your expertise does as well.  When it comes to van wrap design, simple and bold is the way to go.  Too much text or lots of small photos are difficult to process quickly.  On the other hand, a large logo, large photo and contact information gives just enough visual impact without overwhelming.

Gil of Pioneer Homes was able to use the new logo across different media, from yard signs and business cards to a new van wrap.  Now with the cohesive look, Pioneer Homes is giving a great first impression wherever business takes them.  Signs for Success is a locally owned family business in Spokane, and we strive for excellent customer service, perfect color, and quick turnaround on every project.  Our large production facility allows us to design, print and install everything in-house.  Get quality service and a quick turnaround on logo design Spokane, custom signs and more; contact us for a free quote today! Temporary vinyl that can actually be moved if desired, with this fabric decal wall wrap for United Healthcare ad at Spokane Airport

Spokane Airport PT Changeable vinyl wall wrap

Most wall wraps are printed on high-performance adhesive vinyl.  When installed correctly, vinyl wall wraps are extremely durable and will last several years.  The releasable adhesive allows the graphics to be removed easily and cleanly when construction or the promotion is finished.  Another option for a full wall wrap is custom printed wall paper.  Finally, we can also print wall graphics on a temporary fabric vinyl.  This type of vinyl adhesive, called PT Changeable, was designed to be movable, washable and re-stickable.  It’s great for temporary promotions and repeat events.  This PT Changeable wall wrap for United Healthcare at Spokane Airport is a temporary advertisement.

Whether you’re wrapping an entire wall or you just need a few decals, our experienced design team can work with you to choose the right material and create the perfect wall graphics.  Signs for Success is a locally owned family business in Spokane, and we strive for excellent customer service, perfect color, and quick turnaround on every project.  Our large production facility allows us to design, print and install everything in-house.  Get quality service and a quick turnaround on a custom wall wrap; contact us for a free quote today!

Create Custom Holiday Window Stickers

Adding seasonal snowflakes cut from temporary vinyl was a cool message from Global Credit Union to Downtown Spokane pedestrians, window decals spokane, clear static clings, holiday window stickers

Global Credit Union seasonal snowflake vinyl

Global Credit Union in Spokane had greeting cards for their clients and other holiday decorations ready for the winter season, but bare front windows begged for some type of seasonal signage.  Mellie Price of GCU called Signs for Success on a Wednesday to see if we could print and install custom snowflake holiday window stickers for their downtown location by Friday.

“She sent over their Christmas card and I took the snowflake and message graphics from there, blew them up and made as many snowflakes (and 2 message panels) that would fit in their budget,” Signs for Success designer Vanessa Bogensberger explained. She sent the quote to Mellie the same day and got approval Thursday morning to move forward.  “My great production crew had them cut, weeded, and taped, ready to apply by Thursday afternoon,” Vanessa said.

Our designers keep the customer’s budget, as well as the application, in mind when suggesting the type of material to use.  We can even tailor an order to get as much as possible out of a certain size or pre-cut sheet of material.

“We cut out these white snowflakes on 3M – IJ3555 vinyl with temporary adhesive,” Vanessa explained.  “At first, Mellie asked for translucent type vinyl, which would be etch mark vinyl (looks like sandblasted glass), but because etch mark vinyl is so much more expensive and has a permanent adhesive, we determined that the IJ3555 white changeable vinyl would be a better option, since they can remove it easily after the holidays.”

Changeable vinyl is ideal for the holidays or temporary advertising for special events or seasons.  It is easily removable without leaving any residue behind.  Changeable vinyl is what River Park Square used for floor graphics at the Spokane International Airport during the holidays, and it was perfect for Global Credit Union’s holiday window stickers as well.

Create a Client Wall with PVC Signs Spokane

Adding your vendors or customer's logos to the wall gives back by showing valued partnerships like these for Next IT in Spokane, PVC signs Spokane

Next IT logo wall

Next IT, an innovator in digital customer service, has built several client walls in their office using 3mm PVC signs Spokane.  “Every time we sign a new client and I get to install a new logo on the wall the employees always have positive comments,” Next IT Associate Creative Director Renae Wood said.  “We take on each client and project with our whole hearts so there’s a sense of pride seeing the logo of the project that they are working on up on the wall.”  Walls devoted to signs or a collage of signs can add to morale, help employees work towards a team goal, or thank sponsors.

These full color signs are individually printed and hung to show the companies they partner with.  There are three such walls of signs in their Spokane office building.  “The signs have turned out perfect.  Both the material and printing are high-quality,” Renae said.

PVC signs Spokane are versatile in their applications.  They can be stand-off mounted or mounted flush with the wall, frosted or full color, and can be used for a variety of sign types, from wayfinding signs and maps to sponsors and logos.  In extreme climates, indoor settings work best since the plastic becomes brittle in cold temperatures.

“Working with Signs for Success has been a great experience. They were very helpful when I was deciding which material to print these on and are always quick to send quotes.  [Signs for Success designer] Vanessa has been wonderful to work with and even went out of her way to deliver some of the logo plaques to our downtown office when I wasn’t able to come pick them up,” Renae explained.

We print PVC signs at our facility in Spokane, WA and offer quick turnaround on custom signs.  If you are not able to pick up an order, we can deliver or ship to your location.  We have completed several projects for local and national businesses.  Our large production facility allows us to design, print and install everything in-house.  Get quality service and a quick turnaround on PVC signs Spokane; contact us for a free quote today!

Canvas Prints Spokane Featured in Art Show

turn your photos into professional canvas prints Spokane

Cathleen Balfour’s travel photographs were featured in a Spokane Art Show

A few years ago, we printed a few of Cathleen Balfour’s travel photographs on canvas to create large wall art hangings.  She loved the canvas prints Spokane, and even sold one that was hanging in her office.  This month, Cathleen’s photographs were included in an art show hosted by The Design Collaborative.  For the show, we printed 20 images from high resolution photographs onto canvas, then mounted the material to stretcher bars to create custom gallery wrapped canvas prints.

“The Ancient Experience of Sacred: Art with Hope and Spirit” showcased photographs taken from Cathleen’s collection garnered over 12 years of travels to Hawaii, Mexico, and Arizona.

Signs for Success digitally printed each image with a matte finish.  We can take high resolution photographs or scanned images to print gallery wrapped wall art.  Custom wall art is great for family photos, travel photos, or other images for the home or office.  After printing, we wrap the canvas tightly around wooden stretcher bars and staple the fabric firmly in place.  The custom printed wall art is then ready to be hung and enjoyed.

Quality Design Service for Custom Truck Wraps Spokane

2nd Harvest in Spokane and Tri Cities, WA had Signs for Success wrap their Transit van

Another view of Transit Wrap for 2nd Harvest

The Signs for Success design team is skilled and experienced in vehicle wrap design. We work with the client throughout the design process to ensure that vehicle graphics match the goals and message they are trying to convey.  We send design proofs as well as color tests to the customer before the design goes to print.  We want our customers to be informed and completely satisfied with graphics, color and placement.

This is easy because our designers love what they do.  To achieve the look of a wide expanse of wheat on this 2nd Harvest Transit Van, Signs for Success designer Will Oakley used a single photo and repeated it to cover the length of the vehicle. He randomized the pattern every few feet so it doesn’t appear to be repeated.

In order to make a detailed and accurate vehicle wrap design, we need to see the vehicle and take measurements and photos.  For any vehicle graphics project, we download a template for the vehicle, but templates are rarely spot on.

We wrapped the box and cab for Donation Delivery semi for 2nd Harvest Spokane & Tri Cities, custom truck wraps spokane

2nd Harvest delivery semi wrap

During one partial wrap job, the customer was not able to bring in his three work vehicles for us to take measurements and photos.  He gave us measurements over the phone as well as the make and model of each of three different vehicles.  That gave us a great starting place, but without actually seeing the vehicle, we couldn’t be 100% sure our design would be correct.  When we received the vehicles on the day of install, two out of three vehicles had features we were not informed about.  A Jeep had top hinges and a spare tire that would cut into the graphics on the rear window.  We shifted the graphics closer to the middle to avoid those features.  The other problem we found was a pickup truck that had a split back window, necessitating that the graphics be completely cut and applied to three different pieces of glass.  Luckily, these problems were quickly remedied, and the vehicle wraps went on without a hitch.

Another wrap design issue arose when a customer wanted us to install his factory manufactured wrap kits on a fleet of work trucks.  This was a straightforward wrap installation until we got to a truck with an extended cab.  The standard wrap kits did not contain enough vinyl to cover the entire truck length.  There was no pre-manufactured truck wrap kit for extended cabs, so we designed an identical wrap from scratch to match the rest of the truck fleet.  Designer Will Oakley recreated the complex wrap design in Photoshop, and when it was applied, you couldn’t tell the difference.

These are just a couple of examples of when our designers went the extra mile to ensure our customers’ vehicle graphics were the best they could possibly be.  When we design truck wraps or fleet wraps, we keep the end result – and the customers’ goals – in mind.

Brand Your Work Truck with Truck Lettering Spokane Valley

Dodge Ram Vinyl graphicsWhether a company chooses to go with a full vehicle wrap, partial wrap, or cut vinyl lettering, vehicle graphics are a great form of advertising.  According to research, just the fact that your signs are on your vehicle rather than a board or post in the ground generates more interest and recall rate among viewers, and vehicle graphics can generate up to 70,000 impressions per day!  For Prime Pest Control, whose work truck travels all over town on a daily basis, choosing to brand their vehicle was a no-brainer.  The real question was, what graphics and layout to use?

They chose truck lettering Spokane Valley as a clear and cost-effective way to convey their message to the communities they serve.

“The customer provided .jpg images that needed to be recreated.  I remade their logo and got it approved.  Working with Paul was fun – we worked out many different layouts, and finally between him and his boss, we decided on a final layout,” Signs for Success designer Vanessa Bogensberger said.

The Signs for Success design team is skilled and experienced in vehicle wrap design. We work with the client throughout the design process to ensure the vehicle graphics match the goals and message they are trying to convey.  We send design proofs as well as color tests, if needed, to the customer before the design goes to print.  We want our customers to be informed and completely satisfied with graphics, color and placement.

Prime Pest Control decided to go with two different colors of high performance cut vinyl. Cut vinyl lettering can be added to a custom printed vehicle wrap or applied directly to a vehicle.  We stock many solid colors with opaque, transparent, neon, dazzler, and other variations.  Once the vinyl was cut into the logo shapes and lettering, installers weeded out the extra vinyl and applied the red and black graphics to the pickup body and the canopy of the work truck.

3 Non-profit Signs to support your cause

YMCA used these and other life sized kid cutouts for an ad campaign at their clubs around Spokane, they are free standing and cut around the people, non-profit signs

YMCA life sized kid standees

Non-profits work hard to earn funds that will help achieve the organization’s goals. We work with several non-profits including United Way, Make a Wish, 2nd Harvest, YMCA, the Spokane Symphony, Isaac Foundation, and more.  We’ve created all kinds of signs for non-profits, but the three most common non-profit signs are corrugated plastic signs, special event banners, and promotional items.

Coroplast Signs

Corrugated plastic, or coroplast signs come in many different shapes and sizes.  They work well indoors or out and are a cost-effective means of getting a message across.  Some non-profit organizations have custom standees made in the shape of a person, animal, or goal thermometer.

Perhaps the most popular use for corrugated plastic signs by non-profits this past summer was for Golf Tournament Signs.  Golf tournaments are a great way to raise money, and we can supply hole signs, sponsor signs, and directional signs.  Like golf tournaments, charity runs, walks or biking events also use sponsor signs and directional and arrow signs to keep people on course.

These large banners installed in the Tri Cities for 2nd Harvest are huge! they are bungee corded to the custom frame

Large fence and wall banners for 2nd Harvest

Banners

Custom banners are another great way to attract attention to a non-profit’s cause.  Add details about your cause or an image that relates, and people are sure to take notice.  We print custom large banners, mesh banners, canvas banners, and vinyl banners.  Banners can be specified as double-sided or single-sided, with hem and grommets or with pole pockets.  A custom size can be specified as well. Banner stands display your banner indoors.  Outdoor banners can be hung with cord or installed on a pole or post.

Promotional Items

When it comes to promotional items, try to gear giveaways to your audience.  If your customer base largely includes young families, a bouncy ball with your name on it that can be given to children is a good bet.  Notepads or a planner to write lists down are great for adults who might have lots of activities to keep up with.

If possible, help people remember your cause by having a giveaway that’s related to your cause.  For example, a health or medical support organization could give away mini first aid kits, and an organization focused on helping people find employment could give away attractive, heavy duty folders for storing resumes or portfolios.

There are many other sign options available to non-profit organizations in Spokane and surrounding areas.  Signs for Success is proud to offer a 10% discount year-round to non-profits.  We are a locally owned family business in Spokane, and we strive for excellent customer service, perfect color, and quick turnaround on every project.  Our large production facility allows us to design, print and install everything in-house.  Get quality service and a quick turnaround on non-profit signs; contact us for a free quote today!

Three sided autoclave sign

This dimensional hanging sign is three-sided with simple, clear text and standard safety colors that make it easy to see and read from any angle.  Warehouses and large manufacturing areas often require overhead hanging signs to mark locations or give important safety instructions.  This warning sign hangs from the ceiling in a manufacturing facility to inform and warn about the autoclave pressure.

The autoclave sign was constructed using printed corrugated plastic, a durable and cost-effective sign material.  Corrugated plastic, or coroplast, signs are excellent indoor signs, and can even be used as short-medium term signs outdoors.  Indoors, where they are protected from weather and UV rays, you can expect your coro sign to last several years.  Custom full color artwork with single-sided, double-sided, or even 3+-sided printing is available.

Dimensional hanging signs are great for:

Van Wraps Spokane give this Diverse Fleet a Cohesive Look

Wrap or just lettering on your step van like The Arc of Spokane by Signs for Success, van wraps spokane

The Arc of Spokane custom graphics on step van

Bringing together different sizes and different backgrounds sounds more like a feel good catch phrase than a fleet branding solution, but it’s just what we did when creating a solution for Arc of Spokane‘s diverse van fleet.  The thing that brought all these van wraps Spokane together for a cohesive look: a single sheet of white vinyl.  The Arc logo printed on white vinyl and applied to the length and height of each side panel of each van gave the fleet one cohesive look.

The original fleet contained vans of varying sizes and graphics.  One van had old vinyl lettering that left a sticky black mess behind (traditional vinyl will leave adhesive behind when removed; we use high performance vinyl with a releasable adhesive, so when it comes time to change out graphics, nothing gets left behind).  Another van had permanent painted-on logos on either side.  The goal of the van wraps was to give this vehicle fleet a complete, unified look.

Full sheets of white vinyl can be applied to any vehicle, no matter what size or type of graphics have been applied previously.  In addition to matching graphics across the fleet, using bright white material gave the vans the appearance of being brand new, though some were older than others.

Fred Meyer of Arc of Spokane was thrilled with the new look for their van fleet.  “I want to really thank you for all the hoops everyone jumped through to help get the load unloaded.  Your help goes beyond what most businesses would do.  From the Arc I truly thank everyone for their help and professional manner which you stepped up.  It’s been a huge pleasure to have had you as a business partner on all of our logo and graphic placements,” Fred wrote back to us.

We are proud to serve such great companies in and around the Spokane area.  Signs for Success will find solutions for your unique vehicle or fleet transformation.  We’ve designed, printed and installed hundreds of van wraps and vehicle graphics.  Signs for Success is a locally owned family business in Spokane, and we strive for excellent customer service, perfect color, and quick turnaround on every project.  Our large production facility allows us to design, print and install everything in-house.  Get quality service and a quick turnaround on van wraps Spokane; See More Van Wraps!
