Outdoor murals make a huge impact at Inland Northwest Bank’s main downtown location. These window wraps were designed and installed to coordinate with a new wall mural, also installed to the building façade of the downtown location.
Design & Print
“INB downtown had etched vinyl striping on their window, which was dated,” Signs for Success designer Vanessa Bogensberger explained. She and owner John Bogensberger made a trip to the location at the start of the project to get a good idea of what INB would need. “We needed to remove the old vinyl to put up new window wraps.”
INB’s design team sent over graphics, which were printed onto translucent vinyl to show color through to the inside of the window as well as being vivid from the outside. “In setup, we noticed that one of the images was very low resolution,” Vanessa said. “We try to inspect provided artwork to make sure the quality is good for printing, and in this case, one of the images needed to be replaced. Once we had good artwork, we printed it on the HP 360 latex printer and the highest quality print mode, and it turned out beautiful!”
Installation
Installation went smoothly, even in colder (around 40 degree) weather. People passing by would never know, but there is a seam in the graphics because the windows are 65 inches tall and the material only prints to 59 inches, thanks to the experienced install team at Signs for Success who created a final look with no traces of a break.
