MEET THE TEAM
Signs for Success has some great team players!
Before working for Signs for Success, Will was Vice President/Owner of a systems integration company where he worked as a systems integrator/programmer for over 13 years. In 2010 he and his brother started a company called Oakley Design Group. His love for design and bringing a concept to production brought him to Signs for Success in 2011, and he made design his full-time career. “Our cutting edge equipment and techniques allow us to be more creative and inventive than most other sign shops, which always makes my job easier. I come to work every day excited to see what projects will walk through the door and what challenges we will overcome."
Julie was born and raised in Spokane. She has been an office manager, entrepreneur, and skilled motivational interviewer. Julie loves to build others up and help them explore possibilities and strategies to accomplish their goals. “It is exciting to be part of a team of professionals that truly care about their customers, make quality their highest priority, utilize state of the art equipment, and continually improve.”
Jamie grew up in the Boise area and graduated from University of Idaho in 2014 with a degree in Secondary Education, Communications and Art. With some experimentation in design for friends and for fun, a little on-the-job-training, and an innate talent for design, Jamie has excelled as a graphic designer. She also enjoys hiking, camping, volleyball, cooking and hosting. She and husband Anthony have been married since 2014. “Every day I get to come to work, spend time with amazing people, learn new things and use my creativity! It has been such a blessing to work for a company that is not only successful but also really wants the best for its employees and clients.”
Rich "Coro King" Wilke
Rich worked at his brother-in-law’s sign shop right out of high school for a few years before joining the Army where he served in Kuwait as a M1A1 Armor Crew Member. Rich left the military and returned to sign-making, moving to Spokane in 2005. “I placed an ad on the internet looking for work in the area and John saw it and called me, and the rest is history.”
Ben studied Media Arts at the University of Montana before joining the Signs for Success team. When he’s not handling production at Signs for Success, he enjoys motion design and making stop motion videos with his daughters, or just enjoying the outdoors.
Josh grew up in Spokane and graduated from North Central High School in 2011. Shortly after, he took to working full time in Spokane, and later on in California and Alaska. He joined the team at Signs for success in the summer of 2016 and has found a passion in the sign making industry. Away from work you will typically find him enjoying the outdoors through endurance cycling, hiking and camping.
