Billboard banners offer cost-effective billboard advertising. We recently replaced old billboard banners with new ones to create a stunning billboard sign for Pacific Steel & Recycling.
First, we went to the location to check out the existing billboards. They were made with banner material and stretched with clips and cord on a framework. They were also well-worn and ready for a makeover. Each of the three sections is double sided. “Once we figured material, cut and finish sizes, we could get those specs to the designer for Quinn Agency,” Signs for Success designer Vanessa Bogensberger said. “We quoted various options, with just replacing one double sided part, or doing all three parts.”
The customer decided to replace all the banners with new ones. We received artwork from the Quinn Agency and printed the large banners at our facility. We then installed the billboard banners on location. “It turned out great,” Vanessa said. “They should be able to get many years out of this new ad.”
We have a variety of banner materials we can print on. We use 13oz scrim banner material for most indoor and outdoor banners. However, for double sided banners, we use 18oz blockout banner material. It’s a heavy duty vinyl that blocks light so the image on the other side does not show through.
Billboard banners are cost-effective because banner material is less expensive than a large rigid billboard sign. In addition, we give quantity discounts for total square footage printed, even if the banners are different sizes or different images.
